Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using X-Ray Contractor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

X-Ray Contractor is a multi-tenant platform that automates bid discovery, retrieval, and response for businesses. The Service connects to third-party bidding portals and email accounts via credentials you provide or authorize.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must ensure you have the authority to connect any third-party accounts (email, bidding portals) to the Service.
  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms of service.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Gmail), government bidding portals, and email servers. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of those third-party services.

5. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elola Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or for non-payment. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
